Refund policy

New toys may be exchanged (for change of mind) within 7 days from purchase with receipt only and must still be in its original, brand new, unopened package.

We do not refund change of mind purchases. We refund only as required by law. For example, the product you have received is not as described, or is not fit for its purpose, or is faulty or defective.

We do not accept returns of vintage toys unless required by law.

Vintage toys are second hand and sold ‘as is’. The packaging of vintage toys that are sold on our website may have:
· Marks / Paint Wear
· Bent or creased cards / boxes
· 'Shelfwear' / sticker residue etc

If the condition of the packaging is important to you in the case of an action figure or collectable, we recommend that you visit our shop at Shop 7, 233 Harris Street Pyrmont Sydney, to inspect the item before making the purchase.

If you wish to return / exchange an item, please email us at shop@alfystoys.com.au. You return must first be authorised before it is sent back.
