Alfy's New & Vintage Toy Shop officially launched in November 2018!

We are at Shop 7, 233 Harris Street, Pyrmont (Sydney). We are near:

- Sydney Fish Markets (5 minute walk);

- The Star Casino (5 minute walk);

- Harbourside Shopping Centre Darling Harbour (5 minute walk);

- Sydney ICC (5 minute walk);

- Sydney Chinatown Haymarket (15 minute walk);

- Sydney Town Hall QVB (20 minute walk or catch Bus 389 outside Woolworths on Park Street);

- Sydney Central Station (20 - 25 minute walk or catch Bus 501 from Stand M);

All of our prices are in AUD and include 10% GST.

For overseas visitors, if you purchase over $300 you will be able to take advantage of the Australian Tourist Refund Scheme (TRS) at the International Airport to claim your GST back. 

The Toy Museum in the store is here to bring joy and happiness not just for toy fans, but also to those who have forgotten about their childhood toys, or the fun times they had. If we can brighten someone's day one at a time by allowing them to revisit their childhood memories, then we consider part of our mission accomplished!

Send us an email at shop@alfystoys.com.au or on the Contact Us page and we’ll get back to you if we can get it in stock! However, vintage toys are generally one-off and we might not be able to find it right away. 

All toys sold through Alfy's New & Vintage Toy Shop are genuine (unless a knock off has become a collectable on its own right!) If we state the brand of a toy, then you can be rest assured that we have sourced the product from the official channels.

As toy collectors ourselves, we will satisfy ourselves of the quality and make of the toys first before selling them to you, and we will never sell you something that is not legitimate.

At this time, we only offer gift cards in values of $10, $25, $50, $100, or multiples of these.

We are looking into loyalty points and / or a reward system and will make announcements about these in due course.

Our toys are shipped from our store in Pyrmont, Sydney! 

We only ship to Australia right now. For more information on prices and dispatch times, please see our Shipping Policy.

Updated 1 July 2021. Due to new changes made to tax regulations for eCommerce purchases made within the EU, we no longer ship to Europe.

We otherwise ship internationally in MOST cases (definitely US, Canada, New Zealand), but please check before purchase. Please contact us by emailing shop@alfystoys.com.au or via the Contact Us page, with the item(s) you would like to purchase and your delivery location, so we can quote a freight cost.

If you are happy to go ahead with the quote, simply purchase the item(s) to secure them and we will add the quoted freight to your order for a second payment.

ONLINE: We accept VISA, Mastercard, AMEX, Paypal, Afterpay and ZIP! 

If you wish to purchase an item using Afterpay or ZIP in store, simply purchase online and pick the "pick up in store" option. If the item you wish to purchase is "in store only", then please come into store, and we can make the item available online in order for you to complete the transaction using Afterpay or ZIP.

INSTORE: We accept VISA, Mastercard, Cash. 

New toys may be exchanged (for change of mind) within 7 days from purchase with receipt only and must still be in its original, brand new, unopened package. We do not accept returns of vintage toys unless required by law. For more information, please see our Return Policy. 

We do not refund change of mind purchases. We refund only as required by law. For example, the product you have received is not as described, or is not fit for its purpose, or is faulty or defective. For more information, please see our Return Policy.
